Our story

Born from a family’s search for better care.

TopAidCare was founded by families who had spent years navigating fragmented home‑care options for their own parents and grandparents. They experienced the late arrivals, the last‑minute cancellations, the uncertainty about what actually happened during visits.

So they partnered with healthcare operators, engineers, and experienced caregivers to design a new model for non‑medical home care — one that is human at the front and tech‑enabled at the core.
